Delivery

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment notifications. Orders will be posted by standard UK shipping methods (Royal Mail) on the next working day, unless it is a larger item such as a pet bed, then it will be sent by courier. Please expect 3-5 days for your order to arrive, although this is not always guaranteed.
